Fresh grease separator plant Lipator-S-RA/Lipator-P-RA
Ventilation line
Requirements:
■
Lay the ventilation line up to above the roof. Ventilate connection pipes longer than 5 m
separately.
■
If the inlet pipe above the grease separator has no separately ventilation connection
pipe over 10 m length, it must be equipped with an additional vent stack as close as
possible to the grease separator.
■
Instead of an additional connection in the inlet pipe near the grease separator, the
connection port of the ventilation bridge of the Lipator-S-RA can be used instead.
■
Ventilation valves are not permitted in areas at risk of backflow or for ventilating the
grease separator.
■
Lay ventilation lines made of materials resistant to fatty acid (e.g. KML, PP, PE).

:
Nominal diameter of the connection port: DN 100 – OD 110 mm.

Decide on the connection to the
ventilation bridge: right or left.

Remove the end cover.
Î
Connect the on-site ventilation line (4).
