4.3 Changing the collecting barrel
Two empty collecting barrels are included in the basic equipment. Additional empty
collecting barrels can be kept in stock so that several full collecting barrels can be
stored temporarily until collection or disposal of their contents. Collecting barrels
(Article No. 7600.00.15) can be requested through ACO Service,

The need to change a collecting barrel is indicated at the control:

Illuminated button: „Grease collecting barrel full“ and/or „Sludge collecting barrel full“
flashes
■
„Attention! Grease collecting barrel full“ or „Attention! Sludge collecting barrel full“
appears as an operating message in the display panel of the PLC

Full collecting barrel:

Undo the clamping ring (1).
Î
Lift off cover unit (2).
Î
Clean level limit switch (3).
Î
Clean sealing ring and store to the side

Undo the clamping ring and store it to
the side (5).

Lift off the cover and store to the side

Lift off the sealing ring and store it to the
