PGM Channels: Modes of Operation
After the Live Replay Event is recording and the Mira Instant Replay graphical user interface (
GUI
) is displayed on the heads-up computer
screen, the PGM output video channel(s) located at the top of the user interface can be in placed into one of five major modes of operation
by the user.
These modes of operation are all color-coded: the
first three
modes are color-coded like your typical traffic signal—to make the
progression of operation rather intuitive.

Color Code Description
RED
You’re viewing live action (content is not yet saved – danger!)
YELLOW
You’re replaying just-recorded camera (content is still not yet saved – caution!)
GREEN
You’ve clipped the content, saved it, and are now playing it (safe!)
PURPLE
You’ve placed clipped content into a highlight playlist (your content is royal!)
BLUE
You’re viewing a list of marked points in your recording (you didn’t miss it! Don’t sing the blues!)

Program video output channel playing at live record point.
Program video output channel playing recorded content from record stream.

After CLIP is SAVED
Program video output channel playing a user-defined playlist, made up from
a series of user-defined clips.
After CLIPS are SAVED
and then
PLAY LIST is CREATED
Program video output channel playing auto-defined clip from list of marked
points in the record stream.
After a MARK has
been placed in the
record stream.
