PROCEDURE:

Wheel speed sensor
If the sensor

needs to be replaced, remove the bolt

first, remove the head wiring box

, remove the tie

and wire buckle

New type: pull out the plug of wheel speed sensor

; Then remove the wire clamp
⑴
. Remove the bolt

with
4# hexagon socket and remove the sensor

Old model: pull out the plug of wheel speed sensor
⑵
; Then remove the wire clamp
⑴
. Use 8# sleeve to remove
bolt
⑶
, sensor
⑵
and copper washer

Front disc brake caliper
Remove the bolt
⑷
with 8# inner hexagon socket to let the caliper sag naturally. It is strictly prohibited to invert
the caliper to prevent air from entering and causing braking failure.
●
Front mud board component
Hold the front mud board component with your hand and then remove the 4 bolts
⑹
with a 4# inner hexagon
socket.Remove the bushing
⑺
and buffer rubber
⑻
respectively; Remove 2 bolts
⑸
with 8# sleeve. Remove the
front mudboard assembly.
CAUTION:
●
The motorcycle support should be fixed during the disassembly process to prevent accidents caused by incline.
●
Disassemble the oil pipe clamp and the sensor wire clamp should pay attention to the strength.
●
The models produced before December 28, 2021 are old models and those after December 29 are new models.
If the right shock absorber is replaced, there is no need to add copper washer

between the front wheel speed
sensor and the shock absorber.
