PROCEDURE:

Main water tank component

Using 4# hexagon socket Remove 4 bolts

 .remove the water tank protection net

After wearing waterproof gloves, clamp the hoop

 with pliers and move towards the inner side of the water

pipe.Loosen the hoop after the hoop

 moves out of the anti -dropping boss.Unplug the engine water outlet pipe

According to the previous steps, remove the small circulating water pipe

well as two holding hoops

Remove the auxiliary water tank connecting water pipe clamp

CAUTION:

●

Cooling liquid is toxic. Avoid strictly eye or skin contact. For more details, see "CAUTION" of previous page.

●

Do not disassemble the hoop with too strong force. If not, it will cause permanent deformation and

loseelasticity, which will lead to leakage of cooling liquid.

●

The thickness of the radiating fins on the radiator is thin, so it cannot be cleaned with high-pressure water gun

or high-pressure air gun. If the fin with small area is slightly deformed, try to adjust it gently with pick-up pin or

small slotted screwdriver. If the deformation area is large or serious, it is recommended to replace it. Large area

deformation of fins will affect the passage of air, resulting in poor heat dissipation effect and elevated water

temperature.
