CLEANING PROCEDURE: MP AND TABLET COVER
Using a soft-bristled brush (e.g. soft toothbrush), brush the MP
and then the Tablet Cover while rinsing under low flow, lukewarm
(20-43 ˚C) tap water for 30 seconds each.

Caution
Do not brush the MP Cable connector. Do not hold the MP Cable
connector under running water.
While brushing, pay close attention to the surfaces of the rods and
base of the MP around the cable’s strain relief and the inside of the
Tablet Cover. Ensure that the MP and Tablet Cover are visibly clean.
Using a fresh AHP wipe for each component, wipe all surfaces of
the MP and Tablet Cover thoroughly. Use as many fresh wipes as
necessary.
Note
Folding the wipe may help to clean these hard-to-reach areas.

Caution
Do not brush the MP Cable connector. Do not hold the MP Cable connector under running water.
Dry all surfaces of the components with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Inspect all surfaces to confirm they are visibly clean.
Place the components aside for disinfection.

CLEANING PROCEDURE: RECORDER, TABLET AND POWER ADAPTORS
Caution
Do not soak or immerse the Tablet, Recorder, Power Adaptors or sensors in any liquid.
Using a fresh AHP wipe for each component, wipe all surfaces of the Recorder, Tablet and Power Adaptors
thoroughly. Continue wiping until all surfaces and edges are visibly clean, including the entire length of
each power adaptor’s cord. Use fresh wipes as necessary.
Repeat step 1, focusing on the hard-to-reach areas (i.e. seams, base of connector ports, prongs of the
Power Adaptors).

cable’s strain relief, MP Cable, MP Cable connector, inner surface of the Tablet Cover).
