A.100:
Overcurrent
Detected
(An overcurrent
flowed through
the power trans-
former or the heat
sink overheated.)
The Main Circuit
Cable is not wired
correctly or there is
faulty contact.
Check the wiring.
Correct the wiring.
There is a short-circuit
or ground fault in a
Main Circuit Cable.
Check for short-circuits
across Servomotor
phases U, V, and W, or
between the ground
and Servomotor phases
U, V, and W.
The cable may be short-
circuited. Replace the
cable.
There is a short-circuit
or ground fault inside
the Servomotor.
Check for short-circuits
across Servomotor
phases U, V, and W, or
between the ground
and Servomotor phases
U, V, or W.
The Servomotor may be
faulty. Replace the Servo-
motor.
There is a short-circuit
or ground fault inside
the SERVOPACK.
Check for short-circuits
across the Servomotor
connection terminals U,
V, and W on the SER-
VOPACK, or between
the ground and termi-
nals U, V, or W.
The SERVOPACK may be
faulty. Replace the SER-
VOPACK.
The regenerative
resistor is not wired
correctly or there is
faulty contact.
Check the wiring.
Correct the wiring.
The dynamic brake
(DB, emergency stop
executed from the
SERVOPACK) was
frequently activated,
or a DB overload
alarm occurred.
Check the power con-
sumed by the DB resis-
tor to see how
frequently the DB is
being used. Or, check
the alarm display to see
if a DB overload alarm
(A.730 or A.731) has
occurred.
Change the SERVOPACK
model, operating meth-
ods, or the mechanisms
so that the dynamic brake
does not need to be used
so frequently.
–
The regenerative pro-
cessing capacity was
exceeded.
Check the regenerative
load ratio in the Sig-
maWin+ Motion Monitor
Tab Page to see how
frequently the regenera-
tive resistor is being
used.
Recheck the operating
conditions and load.
*3
The SERVOPACK
regenerative resis-
tance is too small.
Check the regenerative
load ratio in the Sig-
maWin+ Motion Monitor
Tab Page to see how
frequently the regenera-
tive resistor is being
used.
Change the regenerative
resistance to a value
larger than the SERVO-
PACK minimum allowable
resistance.
