Vertical Mast Rails

Clean and lubricate the vertical mast rails every 50 hours of operation. Clean with solvent and
remove any rust with a light-grade sand paper or emery cloth. Lubricate the mast with motor oil or
automatic transmission fluid (ATF).

CAUTION!

Never use grease on the mast rails as it will collect

sawdust.

Miscellaneous Lubrication

Oil all chains with Dexron III ATF every fifty hours of operation.

CAUTION!

Do not use chain lube. It causes sawdust buildup in chain

links.

Lubricate the tensioner screw with a NLGI No. 2 grade lithium grease as needed.
