5: "Pressure control operation [MC-(V)COS(R)]" is selected in "Input 1_Control action".
6: "Pressure control operation [MC-(V)COS(R)]" or "Temperature control operation [MC-(V)COS(R)]" is selected in "Input 1_Control
action".
