To prepare the chamber relief bubbler, fill the plastic bottle shipped with
the unit, with mineral oil (readily available where health care products are
sold) to a level of approximately 1-1/2”. Clip the bottle into the chamber
relief with the tubing extending approximately 1/8” into the mineral oil.
Once a month, change the mineral oil and clean the bottle with soap and
water. Check the bottle daily to ensure that the tube extends into the
mineral oil.
Caution
Before starting the anaerobic system, it is extremely important
that the installation procedures have been followed correctly. If the system
has not been prepared correctly for operation, malfunction or damage to
the system may result.

1. Before starting up the system, carefully check all gas connections and
seal both the inner and outer doors.
2. Make sure that the gloves are properly installed.
3. Make sure that the charcoal, catalyst and desiccant wafers are installed
in the cabinet before beginning the start-up procedure.
4. Check the vacuum pump by pulling a vacuum on the interchange with
both interchange doors closed.
5. Check the vacuum gauge to make sure that the interchange is holding
a vacuum.
