Pull a vacuum on the interchange chamber (about 5” vacuum). Remove
the Allen screws from the hinge blocks and put the thread lock on the
threads of the screws. Reinstall the screws in the hinge blocks. Turn the
screw in a clockwise direction until the screws just touch the hinge pins of
the door. Leave the screws at this position.

Lift the door latch and turn the latch clockwise to adjust the inner door of
the interchange chamber. The latch is adjusted correctly when the latch
pulls down firm. When the latch is pulled down, the door will not move
from front to back.

Note

If the latch is turned fully clockwise and the door still moves, the

latch bar may need to be replaced (see Figure 3).
