Symptom

Sequence Complete indicating light remains

on after the outer door is open.

Cause/Solution

Outer door switch is defective or needs adjusted.

Symptom

Gas system indicating light goes out during equalization.

Cause/Solution

Anaerobic gas cylinder is empty; there is a restriction in the line; mixed
gas pressure switch or solenoid is defective. Replace tank, or correct
restriction as needed. Pressure switch and solenoid replacement by quali-
fied technician only.

Symptom

Unit will not maintain anaerobic state.

Cause/Solution

Air leak in the transfer chamber, air leak in the glove chamber, or glove
chamber pressure too low (front should have a slight outward bulge).

Symptom

Interchange stuck in vacuum. Cannot open inner or outer

doors.

Cause/Solution

Relieve vacuum by turning manual purge knob CCW until chamber
relief bottle bubbles, then turn knob CW to close purge valve. Toggle
Nitrogen switch to Manual until gauge reads zero, then turn back to
Auto. Open doors.
