manual. This check has two procedures that characterizes the reference signals.
The last procedure characterizes the sampling module.
NOTE.
This test setup is limited to 50 GHz. To test modules with a bandwidth
above this, you will also need to perform the Analog Bandwidth to 60 GHz
procedure.
