Defines bandwidth share mode of First In First Out <fifo>,
Round Robin <rr> or Weighted Round Robin <wrr>

<num>

Assigns a bandwidth share allocation for the WLAN <index 1-
16 > when Weighted Round Robin <wrr> is selected. The
weighting is from 1-10.
