101147 Preset reference / ramps
Description
The block switches as per the selections on the inputs between the 16 preset
reference values
D11
.x, the related ramps
D22
.x to
D25
.x and the eight preset
values
D27
.x. The current values of the preset reference values, the ramps and the
preset values are output to the outputs.
Parameter
D13
preset ramp select and
D21
.x preset ramp symmetric specify
activation of the ramps symmetrically.
A selection of three methods is available in
D13
. When the setting is
0:preset value
,
the array element makes the link (example: preset reference value
D11
.2 is
coupled with the ramp profile
D20
.2 to
D25
.2). When the setting is
1:ramp profile
,
the setting of parameter
D12
.x becomes valid (example: preset reference value 4
and ramp profile 7 are used with parameters
D20
.7 to
D25
.7 when
D12
.4 = 7). This
setting can be used to combine several preset reference values with a ramp profile.
This minimizes configuration expense.
When the setting is
2:binary signals
, binary-coded acceleration and deceleration
ramps are assigned to a preset reference value. Assignment is made separately
for deceleration and acceleration ramps. The sources for the binary signals are set
for the acceleration ramps in selectors
D126
.x and in
D127
.x for the deceleration
ramps.
D21
.x is used to decide whether the same ramps apply to clockwise and
counterclockwise. When the setting is
0:inactive
,
D22
.x and
D23
.x are used for
clockwise and
D24
.x and
D25
.x are used for counterclockwise. Evaluation of the
sign of the particular preset reference value or the state of the direction of rotation
D300
control selection of deceleration ramps for clockwise and counterclockwise.
When
D21
.x is
1:active
,
D22
.x and
D23
.x are used regardless of the direction of
rotation.
When
D13
=
0:preset reference value
and a switch from a higher to a lower preset
reference value, deceleration uses the deceleration ramp of the higher preset
reference value until the value of parameter
E07
n-post-ramp reaches the value of
the lower preset reference value. The deceleration ramp of the lower preset
reference value then becomes active.
The monitoring parameters
D324
to
D327
are each activated in the block to
indicate the binary-coded input signals.
The monitoring parameter
D373
shows the active acceleration ramp.
D375
shows
the active deceleration ramp.
D376
shows the current deceleration ramp.
D377
shows the current symmetry (from
D21
.x).
NOTE
The block is used automatically in the configuration of the axis if you generate the
comfort reference value application.
You can use block 100931 to calculate the selection signals that you connect to
block 100932.
