The function of the low pass can be influenced by the input

The difference between this block and block 148 is the behavior when the input variable
overflows. With block 148, the output value always follows into the range with the reverse
sign above 0 during an overflow of the input value.
With block 468, an overflow or underflow also occurs with the output value.

is set to
TRUE for one cycle.
