The block splits a position value on the input 

PosIn

 into two I32 values. The position 

is specified in increments on the output 

InkOut

. The output 

RemOut

 shows the 

remaining increments. Remaining increments are created in P64 values when the 
values are entered via a counter/denominator scaling (see scaling functions 8 and 9).
