100949 Limit switch interprete
Description
The block evaluates limit switch signals. The edges of the limit switches and the
current directions of rotation are evaluated. This prevents a mixup of the limit
switches. A standstill behind the limit switch (e.g., due to ramps which are too flat)
is also reliably caught although the limit switch signal has already fallen again.
When the signals
LimSwiP and ActDirP are active, the output LSPCovrd is set to
1:active . When a falling edge of the signal LimSwiP is determined while the signal
ActDirN is active, the output LSPCovrd is reset.
When the signals LimSwiN and ActDirN are active, the output LSNCovrd is set to
1:active . When a falling edge of the signal LimSwiN is determined while the signal
ActDirP is active, the output LSNCovrd is reset.
When the outputs LSPCovrd or LSNCovrd = 1:active , the output LimSAct is
1:active . EITHER a rising edge of the signal LimSwiP and an active signal ActDirN
OR a rising edge of the signal LimSwiN and an active signal ActDirP sets the
output LimFault . LimFault is reset by LimSAct .
If the setting condition is true for the signal LSPCovrd or LSNCovrd, the output
LimEvent is set. LimEvent is reset by one of the following conditions: Falling edge
of the signal LimSwiP or LimSwiN, LimFault = 1:active , Reset = 1:active , or in case
of a malfunction E48 = 5. The signal LimRamp corresponds to LimFault or LimSAct.
