The Temperature Compensation Parameters screen appears:
Figure 77: Battery, Temperature compensation parameters
3.
Adjust the temperature compensation factor for a single cell by changing the Temperature
compensation factor for a single cell slider.
The compensation factor is usually provided on the battery manufacturer's data sheet.
4.
Adjust the lowest charging voltage to be used when battery temperature compensation is
enabled by changing the Low limit of battery voltage at compensation slider.
5.
Adjust the highest charging voltage to be used when battery temperature compensation is
enabled by changing the High limit of battery voltage at compensation slider.
This is the highest charging voltage to be used when battery temperature compensation is
enabled.
Consult the battery manufacturer's data sheet for more information.
6.
Select Confirm.
7.
The battery compensation parameters are defined.
8.2.4.6.
LVD battery protector
In the event of a mains power outage, the battery supplies power to the load (through the
inverter). The battery voltage decreases until it reaches the “End-of-backup battery voltage limit”,
at which time the load transfers to bypass and the UPS shuts down.
