This is the format most used on the web that shares among most
GPS systems. Use this format if you are taking data to a
competitor's unit.
Export all waypoints
The export option is used for exporting all waypoints, routes, tracks
and trips.

Note:
You can use the storage export feature to export the
information to a memory card. Next, insert the card into
another unit and select the file on the memory card to import it.

Do not use chart cards to export/import data.
Export region
The export region option allows you to select the area from where
you want to export data.
1.
Select the export region option.
2.
Drag the boundary box to define the desired region.
3.
Select the export option from the menu.
4.
Select the appropriate file format.
5.
Select the export option to export to the memory card.
