Pull the pump housing (C) with integrated im-
peller (D), the housing seal (B) and the sliding
disk (A) from the shaft.
Press the old impeller (D) out of the pump
housing (C) using a little pressure, if needed.

Twist the new impeller (D) into the housing
depending on the direction of rotation (X) (fi-
gure shows inserted impeller).
The direction of rotation (X) on the impeller
must match the arrow on the cover.
The pump housing is now ready for installa-
tion.
7.
Using pincers, carefully remove the feather
key (arrow) from the motor shaft.
8.
Pull off the spacer ring (E), housing seal (F),
rotating mechanical seal (G) and pressure
disk (H) from the motor shaft.
9.
Using a little pressure, remove the rotating
mechanical seal from the spacer ring and re-
place with a new one.
10. Push the spacer ring (E) onto the shaft with
the flood protection pointing downwards.
Grease the shaft lightly here.
