How to use this manual 

1.2.1

 

Device version and validity 

With the FIDAMAT 6, you have acquired a device that is available in various configurations. 
This manual describes only the FIDAMAT 6 gas analyzer in the following version: 
Order number: 7MB2421-xBA1x-xxAx 
Description: Without pump, for sample gas with overpressure, for ultra-pure gas 

measurement, 1 channel 

 

 

Note 
This manual applies solely to the version of the device stated above. 
This version of the FIDAMAT 6 will be referred to in the following as the FIDAMAT 6-G.  
However, where features or procedures are described that apply to all versions of the 

FIDAMAT 6 series, the standard name FIDAMAT 6 will be used.
