Removing the optional/adapter boards
The procedure is the same as for the motherboard. Unlike the motherboard, both the
optional as well as the adapter board are only fixed to the back wall of the housing with two
screws.
6.1.3
Exchanging mains fuses
Warning
Make sure you disconnect the device from the mains before exchanging fuses!
Apart from this, the described requirements applicable to operator and maintenance
personnel apply.
The device is protected with several fuses against various influences (e.g. mains voltage,
heat).
Exchanging mains fuses
Even if only one mains fuse should be defective, always exchange both mains fuses! To
exchange, proceed as follows:
1.
Disconnect the device from mains.
2.
Open the fuse insert at the mains connection socket of the device and remove this.
3.
Check the fuses for damage.
4.
In case of damage, exchange both fuses for fuses which have the required technical
data.
5.
Insert the fuse insert again.
6.1.4
Exchanging the temperature fuse
Danger
Danger of burns
The inside of the device reaches a temperature of approx. 200°C during operation. Via
function 2, in addition to the actual temperature of the oven, every other temperature setting
can be called.
After switching off, the temperatures cool off only very slowly. For this reason, the oven is not
accessible for operating personnel in normal operation.
Make sure that you use protective gloves when carrying out maintenance. Please note as
well that hydrogen is colorless when it burns. Non-observance may result in serious burns.
