Interference gas correction is usually not necessary with the FIDAMAT 6. Should you desire

interference gas correction in isolated cases, it is first to be distinguished what type of

interference gas influence there is.
Press the first softkey. The following function screen appears on the display.
By pressing the first softkey, now select the type of interference gas influence. The following

distinctions are possible:

•

No interference gas correction

•

Interference gas correction with constant interference gas influence

•

Interference gas correction with variable interference gas influence via analog input

•

Interference gas correction with variable interference gas influence via ELAN

The interference gas correction is deactivated for the duration of an calibration process (zero

or span). After calibration is complete and the device has jumped back to the "measure"

operating state, it is reactivated.
