valve includes dump section and lift section. The dump section has 3 positions including dumping,
median and taking bucket back, and the lift section has 4 positions including floating, lowering,
median and lifting to control the operation of the work equipment.
As shown in figure 5-3, The pilot control hydraulic system is composed of work pump, multiway
valve, pilot valve, pressure selection valve, lift-arms cylinder, bucket cylinder, hydraulic oil tank,
pipeline attachments and so on. D32A multiway valve is triple-expansion valve, this bucket valve of
rocket cylinder controls three actions including dumping(forward tilt), median and taking bucket back
(rear tilt); multiway valve of lift-arms cylinder controls four actions including floating, lowering,
median and lifting to achieve the control of loader’s working equipment. The third working type can
be reserved. The set pressure of safety valve is 16 ～ 16.5MPa. The overload pressure of rocket
cylinder’s large cavity is 18MPa while that of small cavity is 12MPa.
