Control Run/Stop selection, alarm interlock release specifying and memory area selection (Type
3)

Selection or release specifying can be performed depending on the open or close state of terminal
numbers 7 to 10.

Contact opened: Memory area number 1 Contact closed: Memory area number 2

Contact closed: Alarm interlock released

Contact opened: Control STOP

Contact closed: Control RUN

Communication function

The communication interface (RS-232C or RS-422A) is used for connecting each control unit to
peripheral equipment. Communication types used are as follows depending on the peripheral
equipment to be connected.
