Remove the retention block and mark the two holes on the topside of the
block as per

FIGURE 02E-13

.

15.

Drill completely through the throttle retention block from top to bottom with
a #40 drill bit. Drill only the top half of the retention block to #30.The
machine screw will self-tap into the bottom.

16.

The forward downward facing

holes in the cable-housing stub are drilled

#11 to accept the cable housing.

IMPORTANT: The holes in the upper aft

side of the stub must remain #40.

Slide the retention block onto the stub

so that the open end of the block is pointing forward.

For installation of throttle cables refer to the engine section.
