NOTE
Risk of damage in the event of a collision between
the boom and the swath apron.
•
Mount the stoppers on the bracket
Removing the swath apron:
1. Remove the stopper (only the hydraulic variant).
2. Remove the bolt (3) at the pivot point.
3. Remove the swath apron bracket (2)
4. Remove swath apron bracket underneath the gearing
(1).
5. Remove the swath apron.
Swath apron for TOP 612 C
Removing the swath apron:
1. Removing the lock ring (5).

2. Remove the swath apron bracket (2)
3. Remove swath apron bracket underneath the gearing
(1).
4. Remove the swath apron.
Single rotor operation (optional
equipment)
For more efficient working on field edges, the left or right
rotor can be raised independently allowing work to continue
with the other rotor.
Raising a rotor
1. Select the rotor you wish to raise on the single rotor
control unit
2. Set the tractor control unit to "raise" in order to raise
the pre-selected rotor.
3. Set the tractor control unit to neutral to prevent the
2nd rotor from also being raised.
4. Now select the rotor with which you wish to work on
the single rotor control unit.
5. Set the tractor control unit to floating position
Continue working with 2 rotors with flow divider
To continue working after clearing a field edge:
1. Select the rotor you wish to lower on the single rotor
control unit.
2. Set the tractor control unit to floating position. This
lowers the rotor again.
Continue working with 2 rotors without flow
divider
1. Select the gyro you want to lower on the single gyro
control or select both gyros on the single gyro control.
2. Set the tractor control unit to floating position. This
lowers the rotor again.
lowering a rotor
1. Select the rotor you wish to lower on the single rotor
control unit.
2. Set the tractor control unit to floating position to lower
the pre-selected rotor.
TIP
If you set the lever of the single rotor control to the
middle position in this situation, you can also lower
the second rotor. Due to the fact that the tractor
hydraulics are already in the floating position, the
second rotor lowers.
TIP
Set the rotor lowering speed via the throttle on the
lifting cylinder.
Raising the 2nd rotor with flow divider
To turn after clearing the field edge:
1. Pre-select the lowered rotor on the single rotor control
unit.
2. Set single-action control unit to "raise"
Raising the 2nd rotor without flow divider
1 Pre-select the lowered rotor or both rotors (= centre
position) on the single rotor control unit.
2. Set single-action control unit to “raise”
