Due to the significantly increased track width on the rear axle, spacers must be installed between

the drive shaft and the gearbox.

4.9 Drive Shaft Spacers

NOTE

The tightening sequence and the three

stage tightening procedure are

mandatory. Only screws with part number MTH332526 may be used.

Three

30 Nm

Stage 2

60 Nm

Stage 3

90 Nm

The standard shims with part number 7L0501357D must

NOT

used anymore! Failure to do so can result in damage to the body and

powertrain components.

ATTENTION

The running times of the standard drive shafts must be observed.

the 911 GT3 Cup Gen.II from Porsche AG.

NOTE

Due to the high loading experienced during driving, the MTH332526

fastening screws must be replaced after each loosening

(disassembly).

Tightening Sequence

The use of thread locking adhesive (e.g. Loctite) is not permitted!
