Shipping procedure
Before shipping any pumps, it is required:
To drain water to avoid hoses freezing up during shipment

To pressurize the pump to avoid internal parts corrosion during
shipment.
Preparing the pump

Closing the inlet and
exhaust port
Pressurize the pump
Close the inlet port with the connecting accessories provided.
Connect the nitrogen to the inlet blanking plate gas connector and
pressurize the pump with dry nitrogen to a pressure of 1.5 bar
(absolute).
When the nitrogen flows out of the exhaust, seal it up with the
connecting accessories provided.
Disconnect the nitrogen supply.
Fill the safety questionnaire
G 200
and join it with the pump.
Located on the upper cover, this label warns the user against possible risk
of injury due to any hand contact with hot surfaces. It states that protective
gloves should be used before performing any intervention.
For that, use the connecting accessories delivered with the pump at first
delivery and / or order pressurization kit

You must have a supply of dry nitrogen to pressurize the pump.
Whenever you return the product to an adixen repair service center, you
must comply with the requirements of the «Procedure for returning adixen
products» and fill in the safety questionnaire available in appendix chapter
of the operating manual.
