Start up
Start the pump by setting the voltage on the remote control
connector:
(dry contacts / 16 pin plug)
(dry contacts / 19 pin plug)
24 V DC (pin 1-2)
B 60
15 V DC (pin A-B) by means of the
S1 switch provided by the customer
and connected according to
B 61
The following operations will perform automatically:
Pump starts.
Sensor processing by dry contacts.
Pumping shut down
Stop the pump by removing the voltage on the remote control connector
B 60 or B 61
.
The following operation will perform automatically:
Pump stops.
When the stop is caused by a failure of power, restart is automatic after
power return if the voltage between corresponding pins of the remote
control connector is applied
B 60 or B 61
.
Speed setting
Ajust the voltage on the remote control connector (pin 15-16) or
(pin Q-R)
B 60 or B 61
between 0 and 10 V, to adapt the rotation
speed.
The speed decreases from 100 Hz (0 V) to 20 Hz (8 V) and is constant
at 20 Hz between 8 V and 10 V.
If no voltage is supplied on the remote control connector (pin
15-16), then the pump will run at maximum speed (100 Hz).
