Creating a Peak Detection Mini-Method

The SQ 300 MS Driver software allows the creation of simple data evaluation routines called mini-methods.

Creating this routine will facilitate data evaluation for the process being described here, as well as for many

future evaluations.

To create a peak detection mini-method:

Click

Method

to open the

Chromera Method

screen.

Select

Create/Edit MS Method/Tune

from the

File

menu.

The

SQ 300 MS driver

screen displays.

If an

Acquisition Method

displays, close the displayed Acquisition Method.
