Creating an EIC and BIC from a Mass Spectrum

To create an EIC:

Left-click and drag a box around a peak of interest in the Mass spectrum. The width of the box will

be the set

m/z

range.

Release the button and select

Display EIC

from the menu.

The

Extracted Ion Chromatogram

dialog displays.

Click

and the

EIC

is displayed.

The EIC displays where in the chromatogram mass peaks occur with

m/z

values within the set

m/z

range.
