Checking differential pressure

The following procedure can be used to test the following things and others:

• Check for leakage (e.g. at the seals or plug connections).
• Check whether volume flow rate is calibrated correctly.
• Check that the pump is working properly.

Prerequisites

The test rig has to be ready for operation.

Maintenance interval

Check the differential pressure every three months.

Procedure

To check differential pressure, proceed as follows:

1.

Place the pressure measuring plate in the filter channel.

2.

Close the filter holder.
