Dilution system VKL 100 – cleaning suction
nozzle

The suction nozzle of the dilution system VKL 100 has a very small inner di-
ameter and can become even more restricted due to salt residue. Restriction
caused by salt particles severely impairs nozzle functioning. For this reason,
remove the nozzle daily and clean it with compressed air.

Removing nozzle

1.

Slide up the hose between the suction nozzle and the sampling tube
along with the sampling tube.

2.

Remove the screws on the nozzle flange.

3.

Remove the flange and nozzle.
