Maintenance

The maintenance unit can be accessed by detaching the side panel.

Side panel with fastening screws

Weekly maintenance

Check the level in the condensate container at least once a week. Empty
collected condensate into a suitable vessel when necessary. Proceed as fol-
lows:

Detach the quick coupling from the compressed air supply to depres-
surize the test rig.

Detach the side panel.

Wait until the maintenance unit is completely depressurized, The
manometer shows 0 bar.

Hold the vessel under the condensate container.

Open the drain screw.

Close the drain screw when the condensate has drained completely.

Put the side panel back into place.

Restore the compressed air supply.
