Caution: You can register up to 10 printers in the LPR Utility.
5.3.6.2 Setting LPR printer’s IP address
After completing registering the printer driver, set the LPR printer’s IP
Address.

Select the printer the address of which you wish to set from “Oki
LPR UTILITY” window. (Printer name turns blue.)

Select “RE-CONEPRINTER...” in the “REMOTE PRINT” menu
of the window menu.

Enter the printer’s IP Address in “IP ADDR” of the “RE-CONFIG
REMOTE PRINTER” window.

Click “OK” button. Then the IP Address you have entered and
the printer are linked.
5.3.6.3 Deleting LPR printer
This subsection describes the procedure to clear the registration of the
LPR printer to LPR Utility. After clearing the registration, set the “Print to
the following port:” window to local printer.

Select the printer you wish to delete from “Oki LPR UTILITY”
window. (Printer name turns blue.)

Select “DELETE PRINTER” in the “REMOTE PRINT” menu of
the window menu.

Click “Yes” button in the confirmation message window. Now the
printer is deleted form the LPR Utility.

Open the Printer folder in the Windows 95/98 Control Panel and
open the properties of the printer which you had registered in
“ADD PRINTER...”. To change the printing port to the parallel
port, change “Print to the following port:” to “LPT1: (port to print
to)” in the “DETAILS” window.
Caution: Deleting the printer with “DELETE PRINTER” from the LPR
Utility alone does not switch the port to print to.
