Import and export default definitions of banner pages, trailer

pages, tickets, separator sheets, and covers

Special pages are the media definitions for banner pages, trainer pages, job tickets, separator
sheets, and covers. (

Define default media for banner pages, trailer pages, tickets, separator

sheets, and covers on page 62

)

Go to the import / export functions

1. Open the Settings Editor and go to: [Media]

→

[Media].

Export the definitions of special pages

You can export an XML file with the current media definitions of the special pages. This XML file
can be imported into another PRISMAsync Print Server.
1. Click [Export].
2. Click [Special media].
3. Browse to the special media zip file.
4. Click [Export].

Import the definitions of special pages

You can import an XML file with the media definitions of special pages.
1. Click [Import].

2. Click [Special media].
3. Browse to the xml file.
4. Confirm the selection.
5. Click [Import].
