8.3.2 Control by Means of IR Remote Control
Description of IR Remote Control buttons:
-
activating control menu
- selecting camera to be controlled
Detailed description of the IR remote control functions can be found in chapter 10.
In order to control the multiplexer from the level of IR remote control, set multiplexer’s ID and select
this number from the level of the IR remote control. Description of this procedure can be found in
chapter No 10.
To control a PTZ camera press
PTZ
button or go to
Camera Setup / Camera Control
. Next by mean of
numeric buttons select a camera the is to be controlled.
Moving trough the menu by means of buttons corresponding to
JOG
dial, select appropriate function.
The function will be highlighted in blue.
Calling a function is done in the same way as with front button camera control. Use the IR remote
control buttons that correspond to the appropriate front panel buttons.
Notice: To select numbers less than 10 number must be preceded by 0.
E.g first preset recall buttons sequence is:
0; 1; ENTER
