BACKUP
Apart from the usual method of introducing time period in the
Start
and
End
fields users can select
recordings chosen for copying in another way. It is done during playback.
In order to select the range of material to be copied start playback and press
INDEX IN
on the front
panel at the moment the part of the material you are interested in starts to be played back. The
following sign appears in the lower left corner of the screen.
The end of the part of recording to be copied is marked by pressing
INDEX OUT
on the front panel.
The following sign appears on the screen.
The part of recording, marked in such a way, can be copied onto a swappable disk or other memory
carrier as it will be described in the following chapters.
In order for the recordings to be copied from the indexed range and not from the period set in the
Start
and
End
fields tick
Use Mark
in the HDD Backup submenu.
