MULTIPLEXER’S MENU

3.7.6.5 Update Program

Due to the fact the producer of the multiplexer constantly tries to modernize the device it will be
possible to update the software and more advanced versions will be available for all the users.

Please contact your Novus distributor for any news about the updates.

3.7.6.6 Covert Channel

After entering

Covert Channel

submenu it is possible to select which cameras will be covert. Covert

Channel function allows to hide the images from the eye of the operator whereas the recording is
continued. Covert channel function is independent from local monitoring and web monitoring. Local
monitoring images are substituted with black background. More or less the same happens as far as web
monitoring is concerned. Additionally,
