MULTIPLEXER’S MENU
Additionally, the following settings are available in his submenu:

Ticking
Overwrite Disk When Disk Full
allows users to automatically record in the overwriting
mode, that is when the whole space on all disk has been used up older recording are overwritten.
If this option is not selected the multiplexer displays information before the disks are full, and
stops recording when the disks are full. Additionally, if a proper option is set in the alarm setup
menu it is possible to activate alarm output.

The percentage value set in the
Disk Full Message
window specifies the percentage of used up
disk space exceeding of which the information presented on the previous page is displayed, i.e.
if the value of
90%
has been input in this field it means that after 90% of the available disk space
has been used up a message appears on the screen.
The message will be displayed till the recording is over or till the recording mode is changed to
overwriting. After the disks’ space has been used up the following message appears:
The value of this parameter does not matter when the multiplexer works in the overwriting mode.
Information about the percentage of disk’s used space is displayed in the lower right corner of the
screen.

Ticking
Clear All Previous Log
deletes the entries in the Log View after you exit HDD
Management submenu. Users are asked again if they really want to delete the entries for the Log
View.
You are advised to delete the Log View content after disk formatting or when the disk’s operation
mode has been changed.
