Lock the Swing Panels

At this point, the Initial Energization process has been completed. Both ClearSky control
Panel and ClearSky Plus in rush Mitigation Panel are ready for the operation process in
the next section. You may now close the swing panel and lock them in place as shown
in the picture below.
