Terminations

Following isolation and LOTO, the Utility side MV Termination
cabinet should be opened to: 1. Inspect that it is free of debris,
water, animals, or other contamination 2. MV elbows are firmly
seated 3. MV conductors are fee of defects 4. All grounds and
bleed wires are intact 5. Electrical conduits are sealed 1. If
contamination is observed, the cabinet should be cleaned. If
unseated, MV elbows should be removed, new silicon applied,
and re-seated.If damaged, MV conductors should be
services/replaced by a qualified party. If poor/un-grounded,
grounds should be repaired and tested.If unsealed, conduits
should be re-sealed.

Terminations

Following isolation and LOTO, the Solar side MV Termination
cabinet should be opened to: 1. Inspect that it is free of debris,
water, animals, or other contamination 2. MV elbows are firmly
seated 3. MV conductors are free of defects 4. All grounds and
bleed wires are intact 5. Electrical conduits are sealed 1. If
contamination is observed, the cabinet should be cleaned.If
unseated, MV elbows should be removed, new silicon applied,
and re-seated.If damaged, MV conductors should be
serviced/replaced by a qualified party. If poor/un-grounded,
grounds should be repaired and tested. If unsealed, conduits
should be re-sealed.
