9.3.3.4 Type
The Type button in the Preferences view of the added TempScan temperature module opens the
Thermocouples view.
In this view, you can set the thermocouple type connected to the temperature module for each
channel. The colors of the thermocouple types shown correspond to the standard
IEC 60584-3:2007.
Changes are made to selected channels. You have the following options for selecting channels:
– Tap the desired channel directly to select it. To remove the channel from the selection, tap
the channel again.
– Tap a group symbol (e. g. ) to reverse the selection of the respective group.
▸ Selected channels have a blue frame.
– Tap to clear all selections.
For the selection, set the desired thermocouple type by pressing the corresponding button (for
example
K or J ).
To save the set thermocouple types permanently in the TempScan temperature module, use the
Back button to go back to the Preferences view and tap the Store Setup button.
