Initial processing request flag (RWr0.b8) does not turn on. The IO-Link module becomes operable (the update of external I/O
becomes enabled) without Initial processing completion flag (RWw0.b8) being turned on. When the module is powered on,
Remote READY (RWr0.b11) turns on.
Module parameter settings are read from the data storage.
