Measurement task Measurement value
sensor 1 Measured value of the sensor connected to connection 1.
Thickness sensor
1-2 Forms the difference between the two distance values of the sensors 1/2 in direct or
diffuse reflection, with two-sided distance measurement, and outputs the result as a
thickness value.
Step sensor 1-2 Forms the difference between the two distance values of the sensors 1/2 in direct or dif-
fuse reflection, with one-sided distance measurement, and outputs the result as height
value.
