Setting the Robotic Cleaner
Setting the time of day
When using for the first time, start by setting the time of day.
1. Using the up/down buttons, select the display format from [AM], [PM], or no
distinction (in 24 -hour notation), then press the next button to accept the
selection.
As the next button is pressed, the hours will blink.
2. Select the hours using the up/down buttons, then press the next button to
accept the selection.
As the next button is pressed, the minutes will blink.
3. Select the minutes using the up/down buttons, then press the next button to
accept the selection.
4. Press the confirmation button to finalize the time of day.
NOTICE
• During adjustment of the hours/minutes, holding down the up/down button
results in the hours/minutes changing quickly.
• When the robotic cleaner is not used for a long period of time, the time setting
may become inaccurate due to the storage temperature or may be reset if the
built -in battery power loses its charge.
Setting the time of day again
When the robotic cleaner is not used for a long period of time, the time setting will
be inaccurate or reset.
When you connect the robotic cleaner to a smartphone using the app, the time of
day on the smartphone is automatically set on the robotic cleaner.
If you want to set the time of day manually, perform the following procedure.
1. Put the robotic cleaner into the stand -by state. (See page 15.)
2. Hold down the ON timer button and OFF timer button simultaneously to make
the time format [AM] or [PM] blink (does not blink when the previous setting
was 24 -hour notation).
3. Set the time of day by following the “Setting the time of day” on this page from
step 1.
Setting up Wi-Fi® (robotic cleaner and
smartphone)
• To operate the robotic cleaner from the app, make Wi -Fi® settings for the app
and robotic cleaner. (See page 33.)
• Install the app in your smartphone in advance.
• The robotic cleaner serves as the access point for the smartphone. When a
smartphone is connected to the robotic cleaner, the smartphone will not be
connected to any network other than the robotic cleaner.
• To connect a smartphone to the robotic cleaner, press the smartphone
connection button to enable the Wi -Fi.
• When not using Wi -Fi, press the smartphone connection button to turn off the
smartphone connection lamp.
• Multiple robotic cleaner can be managed with one app. In this case, establish
wireless connection with the app one by one.
Making a sound setting
• You can select whether the robotic cleaner makes sounds or not.
• This sound setting is also possible from the remote control.
1. With the robotic cleaner set in the stand -by state, press the setting button to
enter the setting selection mode.
2. Press the next button to make the sound lamp blink.
