The Log menu has four options:

Save Log

: Saves the current log to a

.log

file.

•

Save Log Text

: Saves the current log in

.txt

format.

•

View Saved Log

: Enables you to load a local

.log

file.

•

Clear Log

: Clears the current log information. You have the option

of saving the log first.

Configuring Alert Notifications

The Alert Notification Configuration feature allows you to control and
configure the alerts that MegaRAID Storage Manager software sends
when various system events occur.

To access this screen, select

Tools->Configure->Configure Alerts

on

the main menu screen, as shown in

Figure 9.2
