Start-up process
After the control computer is turned on, the BIOS reports at the service interface.
The status information is reported at 9600 baud. Then the ROMDOS operating sys‐
tem starts, and the commands in rominit.bat are executed.
From this point on, all the communication via the service interface is carried out at
19200 baud (such as software updates, reports, etc.).
After the baud rate switches, the program boot.exe checks the checksum of
control.exe. If the checksum is correct, the user interface is started, and the user
mode is available for the care provider.
If the invisible service key (top right) is pressed during the boot phase, service.exe
is started, and service mode is available for the service technician.
